As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on Compute Payloads, you will be responsible for cross-functional execution across all aspects of our customer-facing and revenue-generating payloads program. This role is essential for the successful development, testing, integration, and demonstration of payload hardware onboard our ocean-deployed Nodes.

As the Mechanical Engineer, Marine Operations, you will drive the development of essential mechanical assets from cradle to grave. You will conduct trade studies to identify optimal system architectures, perform engineering analyses, create detailed designs, and bring these designs to operational readiness. Additionally, you will support offshore operators utilizing these tools through initial commissioning and sustaining engineering.

As the Mechanical Engineer – Concepts & Structural Configuration, you will play a critical role in developing our core technology—the Node—which is designed to operate for years in the harshest ocean conditions without human maintenance or intervention. You will bring deep expertise in conceptual layout, system configuration, and structural design to ensure our Nodes are simple, robust, and manufacturable, working alongside senior structural engineers, analysts, and mechanical designers to evaluate early-stage system architectures, create layout models in NX, perform structural sizing and analysis, and translate scale model test results into resilient real-world systems.

As the Lead Mechanical Engineer, Turbomachinery, you will lead the technical vision, execution, and continuous improvement of the rotating machinery that turns fluid power into electrons. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role in which you'll prototype, build, and troubleshoot alongside world-class engineers and technicians.

You will take ownership of the full simulation workflow and play a central role in shaping simulation and process automation methodologies, evaluating and validating the performance of novel marine systems, and mentoring junior engineers.
